About the Mentor RoadMapTM
The Mentor RoadMap TM is a collaborative effort between Susan Combs and Jennifer Britton. Combining the strengths of professional credentialed coaches, Jennifer Britton, PCC, MES, best-selling author and Susan Combs, PCC, MBA, the Mentor Roadmap(TM) is a unique coach approach to business mentor programs. Jennifer and Susan bring a combination of more than 45 years of experience to leadership development, coaching and mentor programming .
The Mentor RoadMapTM is a turn-key support system for mentors and protégés that is easily customized. Mentor programs support developing a coaching culture. This unique capacity-building program creates stronger leaders and teams. The program includes a Mentor RoadMapTM Toolkit, Mentor RoadmapTM Journals for mentors and mentees, and the Mentor RoadmapTM training modules which can be delivered by your team internally or by Susan and Jennifer across Canada and the US.
Since 2014 we have been providing services through the Mentor RoadMap(TM) to industries including insurance, agriculture, higher education, Manufacturing, and Engineering, including support to Fortune 500 companies. Susan and Jennifer also bring decades of experience in developing and supporting mentoring programming in financial services, international organizations, safety and health care. Over the years we have supported hundreds of mentors and proteges in their mentoring journey.

Both Jennifer and Susan are Professional Certified Coaches, credentialed through the International Coach Federation, and we bring a coaching approach to all that we do. Jennifer and Susan have delivered mentor training and coaching skills training programs in the US, Canada and globally, for both in-person and virtual audiences.
Jennifer is the best-selling author of Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013) and is considered a global expert on the topic of group and team coaching. Jennifer has also designed award winning mentoring programs in the financial services sector, and also brings vast experience in mentoring and global organizations.
